Things that are actually useful
Tools, checklists and the handful of outside links worth having when you are buying or refinancing in East Texas.
Our tools
Free, and none of them need your phone number.
With one exception, and we tell you about it before you start.
Mortgage calculator
Payment breakdown, a full amortization schedule, and what an extra payment each month actually does to the term. Nothing gated.
Open the calculatorEstimated Savings
Six questions, about two minutes, and a real number for what a refinance could save you. This one asks for your name, email and phone at the end — that is the trade.
See what you could saveHome value report
A local estimate on your address, put together by someone who works this market rather than an algorithm that has never been to Longview.

Outside links we trust.
- NMLS Consumer Access — verify any loan officer, including ours. Ours is #233918.
- CFPB Owning a Home — the federal consumer bureau's own buying guide. Neutral, and genuinely good.
- VA home loan benefits — straight from the source, including how to request your Certificate of Eligibility.
- Texas Department of Savings and Mortgage Lending — the state regulator, and where complaints go.
Before you start looking
Get a real number first
Knowing your range before you fall in love with a house is the difference between a calm search and a stressful one.
Do not open new credit
New accounts and big balance changes in the sixty days before you apply can move your pricing.
Keep your documents together
Two years of tax returns, recent pay stubs, and two months of bank statements covers most of it.
Build note — downloadable guides pending
The migration notes mention resource PDFs on the old site. None were recovered before the domain work started, so no downloads are linked here. If they still exist on the vendor's multisite they should be pulled before the domain flips — that is the one irreversible step in this project.
Let's find out where you stand.
A short conversation, a straight answer either way, and no hard credit pull to begin.
Not a commitment to lend. Subject to credit approval and underwriting.
