The company
A brokerage, on purpose.
Greenlight is a mortgage brokerage, powered by Co/LAB Lending. That is a deliberate structure, not a technicality. A bank employs loan officers to sell that bank's products. A brokerage takes your file to a network of lenders and is free to recommend whichever one serves you best.
It also means we can say no to a loan. If refinancing will not pay for itself before you move, or if the program you asked about costs more than one you have not heard of, you will hear that from us.

On a mortgage site a name shown beside an NMLS number reads as “this person is a licensed loan originator.” Inventing a title would either manufacture a license that does not exist or quietly remove one from somebody who has it, so every unconfirmed field is left visibly blank. Send titles, NMLS numbers where applicable, photos, and Lisa's surname, and these fill in on the next build. KT also noted there are likely more people than the seven here.
